<p>This is an opportunity for an experienced 1st/2nd line IT Support Analyst to work in a busy IT/AV distribution office. Your role will be to ensure the smooth running of all IT equipment and services. To resolve any issues regarding PC Support, Phone Support, Software or Hardware issues flagged by users in a timely and efficient manner. <p>This is an exciting career opportunity for an ambitious Marketing Executive to step up to the role of Channel Marketing Programmes Manager reporting to the Channel Marketing Manager within a successful technology company. </p>
<p>Your role will be to own and deliver a range of agreed channel marketing activities and campaigns for the company &#38; its manufacturer partners, with the aim of providing best-in-class support for reseller customers. To ensure a consistent and regular approach to marketing, focusing on activities that provide the maximum ROI and bring tangible positive impact to sales targets for both the company and its customers. Channel marketing activities will need to be managed within agreed budgets.To work in partnership with the marketing and product marketing teams as well as the external sales team to develop and deliver marketing campaigns to the Reseller Partner community driving growth in line with category business plans.</p>
<p>Your key responsibilities will include:</p>
<p>• Taking ownership of a range of channel marketing programmes, working with the channel marketing manager to agree objectives and target outcomes.    Designing campaigns to achieve those outcomes &#38; monitor their success<br />• Working with key internal stakeholders to ensure the success of your programmes in a timely fashion.  Writing detailed campaign briefs for internal and   external marketing communications teams / agencies, and communicate key milestones / timelines to secure commitment.<br />• Delivering a number of key channel marketing programmes and events.<br />• Through the Channel Marketing Framework, own the delivery of manufacturer-focused marketing campaigns to the Reseller Partner community <br />• Co-ordinate and deliver channel marketing elements of new product and manufacturer partnership launches.  Suggest creative ideas and support delivery of manufacturer Spiff days, promotions and offers ensuring sales activity is fully integrated with the product marketing and manufacturer focus<br />• Manage all budgets for your programmes, including manufacturer MDF funding and claims; ensure correct processes are followed.  Provide regular update reports that track campaign spend and return on investment, together with evidence of execution<br />• Develop and maintain close relationships with key marketing contacts at manufacturers and external agencies.<br />• Take the lead in developing and maintaining the website ensuring it provides visitors with the latest information and the most supportive tools and resources</p>
<p>Basic salary £35k p.a. plus £5k p.a. bonus and generous benefits package including pension and health care.</p>
<p>Your skills, qualities and achievements</p>
<p>You will have a minimum 3-5 years experience as a marketing executive or in a similar role. You will be adept at relationship building with a broad range of individuals at all levels and have experience of working with internal stakeholders, customers and vendor partners. </p>
<p>The ability to manage campaigns and projects on time and within financial budgets is crucial to the success of this role. You will have proven use of a variety of marketing tools, covering the full marketing communications mix including online and digital marketing and good experience of organising and managing customer events.</p>
<p>Essential skills and qualifications for this role include:</p>
<p>•    CIM qualification and/or Marketing / Business degree.<br />•    Highly organised, good planning skills, high level of attention to detail<br />•    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal<br />•    IT literate – good MS office skills<br />•    Creative and entrepreneurial, not afraid to try-out new approaches and take a calculated risk</p>

<p>This is an exciting career opportunity for an ambitious Marketing Executive to step up to the role of Channel Marketing Programmes Manager reporting to the Channel Marketing Manager within a successful technology company. </p>
<p>Your role will be to own and deliver a range of agreed channel marketing activities and campaigns for the company &amp; its manufacturer partners, with the aim of providing best-in-class support for reseller customers. To ensure a consistent and regular approach to marketing, focusing on activities that provide the maximum ROI and bring tangible positive impact to sales targets for both the company and its customers. Channel marketing activities will need to be managed within agreed budgets.To work in partnership with the marketing and product marketing teams as well as the external sales team to develop and deliver marketing campaigns to the Reseller Partner community driving growth in line with category business plans.</p>
<p>Your key responsibilities will include:</p>
<p>• Taking ownership of a range of channel marketing programmes, working with the channel marketing manager to agree objectives and target outcomes.    Designing campaigns to achieve those outcomes &amp; monitor their success<br />• Working with key internal stakeholders to ensure the success of your programmes in a timely fashion.  Writing detailed campaign briefs for internal and   external marketing communications teams / agencies, and communicate key milestones / timelines to secure commitment.<br />• Delivering a number of key channel marketing programmes and events.<br />• Through the Channel Marketing Framework, own the delivery of manufacturer-focused marketing campaigns to the Reseller Partner community <br />• Co-ordinate and deliver channel marketing elements of new product and manufacturer partnership launches.  Suggest creative ideas and support delivery of manufacturer Spiff days, promotions and offers ensuring sales activity is fully integrated with the product marketing and manufacturer focus<br />• Manage all budgets for your programmes, including manufacturer MDF funding and claims; ensure correct processes are followed.  Provide regular update reports that track campaign spend and return on investment, together with evidence of execution<br />• Develop and maintain close relationships with key marketing contacts at manufacturers and external agencies.<br />• Take the lead in developing and maintaining the website ensuring it provides visitors with the latest information and the most supportive tools and resources</p>
<p>Basic salary £35k p.a. plus £5k p.a. bonus and generous benefits package including pension and health care.</p>
<p>Your skills, qualities and achievements</p>
<p>You will have a minimum 3-5 years experience as a marketing executive or in a similar role. You will be adept at relationship building with a broad range of individuals at all levels and have experience of working with internal stakeholders, customers and vendor partners. </p>
<p>The ability to manage campaigns and projects on time and within financial budgets is crucial to the success of this role. You will have proven use of a variety of marketing tools, covering the full marketing communications mix including online and digital marketing and good experience of organising and managing customer events.</p>
<p>Essential skills and qualifications for this role include:</p>
<p>•    CIM qualification and/or Marketing / Business degree.<br />•    Highly organised, good planning skills, high level of attention to detail<br />•    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal<br />•    IT literate – good MS office skills<br />•    Creative and entrepreneurial, not afraid to try-out new approaches and take a calculated risk</p>
<p>You will deputise for the Channel Marketing Manager in her absence and be able to manage a small team of experienced professionals. You will ideally have knowledge of technology distribution in IT/AV/VC or Telecoms.</p>

<p>Our client is a successful  Audio Visual, CCTV  &#38; technology components distributor who is looking for a keen and determined salesperson to look after their accounts in the East Midlands. The role is a mix of account management and business development so you will initially look after circa 100 accounts and open new ones. You will be selling to resellers and installers primarily in the Audio Visual marketplace. Ideally you will be located in the Nottingham or Derby area.</p>
<p>Basic salary £25k p.a. OTE £35k+ p.a. plus car, laptop, Blackberry, pension scheme &#38; BUPA.</p>
<p>Yours skills, qualities and achievements</p>
<p>You will ideally work in technology sales such as AV, IT, HI-FI, Office equipment etc., and have an excellent track record of success. You will have good time management skills as the territory is a large one you will need to plan your time effectively. Knowledge of the reseller and installer channel would be useful. Self motivated and pro-active, you will also be profit and goal oriented with good commercial acumen and the tenacity to win business on a consistent basis.</p>
